About us

The window to the future and culture

MMCA’s MI (Museum Identity) is an abbreviation of its English full name,
the “National Museum of Modern and Contemporary, Art,” allowing the general public to recognize its identity.
From the design perspective, MACC’s MI is uneven rather than being bound by the strict rules,
creating a sense of space and communicating its evolving identity, “The window to the future and culture.”

Grid System

The grid system is the drawing standards established to maintain a consistent symbol mark image of the MMCA.
Brand mark application on various media requires digital printing. If any media does not allow a direct application of digital files, alternative methods may be used as long as the ratio same to the MMCA Grid system is maintained.

Clear Space

The minimum spacing should be secured to protect genuine MMCA MI characteristics.
MI should be distinguishable from other design elements and able to keep its original identity. At least the minimum spacing and distance should be protected before being expressed in various media.
