Buy a Gift Membership

· Membership types : MMCA Family (KRW 70,000), MMCA Family+ (KRW 100,000)
· How to purchase : On-site payment at the information desk at MMCA Seoul
· How to register : Present your "Gift Membership Card" at the information desk at MMCA Seoul to register as a member.
· Validity period : One year from the registration date
· Refund period : On-site cancelation within 7 days of purchase

· Earn 1% of the paid exhibition ticket price as points
· Points can be exchanged for exhibition tickets and discount coupons for amenities
· One-hour free parking when purchasing a paid exhibition ticket at MMCA Seoul

- Free entry on the last Wednesday of March, June, September, November / 4 times a year

MMCA Point

· MMCA points can be used once you have collected at least 500P
· Points can be redeemed for tickets and discount coupons for museum amenities.
· To view your accrued points, log onto the MMCA website, navigate to “My Page,” and select “My Points.”
· Points automatically expire two years after their acquisition date.
· Criteria for collecting points is subject to change. Should any change occur, it will be announced on the MMCA website.

MMCA Seoul Parking Benefits

· Discounts on parking fees are issued after scanning the QR admission ticket at the exhibition hall’s QR reader.
· Receipts issued for parking can be used at the parking payment machine.
· One-day parking tickets are valid for 90 days. Unused tickets will expire.

Membership Purchase, Cancellation, and Refund Information

· No cancellation fees
· Refunds are not possible if membership benefits have been utilized
· No refunds after the seven-day period
· Refunds appear on your credit statement within 4-5 business days
· In-person transactions are processed only at MMCA Seoul and MMCA Gwacheon

Visitor Information

· The privilege to use the lounge is personal and cannot be transferred.
· Unused pre-booked tickets are automatically deducted from the available reservation count.
· The QR membership card can be accessed from the “My Page” section after logging in to the website.
· Lounge access may be limited based on museum guidelines and membership program rules.
· To maintain a clean environment, only beverages are permitted (no food allowed).
· Adherence to staff instructions is required for a harmonious environment. Disregarding these or causing discomfort to others may lead to restrictions on lounge access and reservations.
