Assistance for the Visually Impaired
- Guide dog accompaniment
- The National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MMCA) welcomes guide dogs.
- Braille and Audio Guide Signs
- Braille and audio guides are located to the right of the main entrance to the museum.
- These signs provide guidance on museum facility locations via braille and audio. The guide signs feature a raised “Current Location” button, and an audio button is located at the bottom right.
- Tactile Guidance Blocks
- Guidance blocks (Braille) are installed at all entrances and exits, staircases, elevators, escalators, and restroom entrances in the museum.
- Elevator for people with limited mobility
- You can use the elevator next to Exhibition Room 2 on the first floor to go to the exhibition halls on the second and third floors.
- Ramps
- On the first floor of the museum, a spiral ramp connects to the third floor, centered around the work <The more, the better>.
- Accessible restroom
- Accessible restrooms are equipped with automatic doors, grab bars inside to assist with movement, and an assistance call button.
