- There are Braille signage at the entrance to the restrooms on every floor.

- There are tactile paving blocks at all entrances, stairs, elevators, and restrooms in the museum.
- Elevator for people with limited mobility
- You can use the elevator to move from the 1st to the 5th floor of the exhibition hall.
- Ramp
- There is a ramp connecting the Cheongju City Tourist Center at the entrance to the main entrance of the museum.
- There are tactile blocks on the ramp.
- Disabled toilet
- There are restrooms across from the elevators on every floor of the museum.
- The disabled restroom is equipped with an automatic door, handrails to assist movement inside, and an assistance bell.
