We offer various services, including priority ticket issuance, for the convenience of visitors with infants and young children and expectant mothers.
- Priority ticket issuance for visitors with infants and toddlers and pregnant women
- Visitors with infants and toddlers, as well as pregnant visitors, are kindly requested to use the priority ticket counter (Fast Track) at the 1st floor information desk.
- Stroller Rental Service
- Stroller storage and rental (5 units) is available at the coatroom desk on the first floor of the museum.

- This space provides chairs for comfortable rest for babies and caregivers, nursing rooms, diaper changing stations, microwaves, and other amenities.

- Baby potty and diaper changing table
- The infant toilet and diaper changing station can be found diagonally across from the 1st floor information desk.
- The infant toilet and diaper changing station are available in the accessible restroom.
- Ramps
- Ramps for strollers are located to the right of the museum entrance, toward the education building, and behind the museum cafe.

- (For the B1 Exhibition Hall) Please use the silver elevator located behind the TERAROSA Cafe on the 1st floor.
- (For the B2 Parking Lot) Please use the elevator in front of the Art Shop on the 1st floor.
- (For the B2 and B3 Parking Lots) Please use the green elevator located behind the TERAROSA Cafe on the 1st floor.
- (Education Building Direction) Please use the purple elevator next to Exhibition Room 5 on the B1 level.
